Opening Aria the first time
This build is notarized by Apple. Open the disk image, drag Aria into Applications and open it like any other app.
Aria isn’t notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks you to confirm the first time you open it. You only do this once.
Install
Open the downloaded disk image and drag Aria into Applications.
Open Aria
macOS says it couldn’t verify the app. Click Done.
Allow it
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Security, click Open Anyway next to the message about Aria.
Confirm
Enter your password or use Touch ID. Aria opens, and from then on it opens normally.
Check the download
In Terminal, this prints the file’s SHA-256. It should match the one above.
